Is the Reflo Smart Cup dishwasher safe?
Yes! The Reflo Smart Cup is dishwasher-safe on the top rack only. No high-heat settings.
How soon will my order ship?
The Reflo Smart Cup typically ships the same or the next business day.
What are your Reflo cups and inserts made of?
Our patented Reflo, flow-control inserts are made of polypropylene. This is the same plastic used in food storage containers. It is very durable, translucent and safe.
Our Reflo Smart Cups are now made of a copolymer. This is an extremely durable, virtually unbreakable, safe plastic.
Our products are tested by an independent, accredited laboratory to ensure they meet all of the safety standards of various government agencies in the US and abroad for use in children’s products.
As much emphasis as we put on safety, we still insist that you wash your new cup and insert before first use.
Do the Reflo inserts fit in any cup?
No. Our Reflo flow-control inserts are designed specifically to fit and work with the cup that they come with. It is unlikely that they would work properly in any other cup. They have a specific taper that allows them to fit and function properly in Reflo’s cups.
